Qualification
Master’s Degree in English, Communication, Management, or related field with good academic record
Ph.D. preferred for Associate Professor position
Relevant certifications/training in soft skills or corporate communication preferred
Experience
Teaching or corporate training experience preferred
Experience in soft skills, communication training, interview preparation, and personality development desirable
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct sessions on personality development, soft skills, verbal and written communication, and corporate etiquette
Train students in interview skills, group discussions, presentations, and professional communication
Prepare lesson plans, training material, assignments, and assessments
Guide students for placement readiness and professional grooming
Maintain academic and training records
Participate in academic activities, workshops, seminars, and institutional events
Skills Required
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and training abilities
Ability to mentor and motivate students professionally
