We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to join our team on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training programs. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee engagement initiatives, and acting as a liaison between management and employees. Additionally, the role involves handling payroll, benefits administration, and workforce planning to support the company's strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- HR Management expertise, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and policy development
- Experience in payroll management, benefits administration, and workforce planning
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using HR software and technology
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or Fabrication setting will be preferred.
