Stay and Food
Staff accommodation and meals will be provided by Madhuban Eco Retreat, as per resort policy.
Work Base
Resort-based position. Candidate should be willing to stay at or near the resort and work during weekends, holidays and peak occupancy periods.
Role Summary
The F&B Service Staff will be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests, setting up dining areas, maintaining cleanliness and supporting the kitchen and service team during meals and guest experiences. The role requires a polite attitude, cleanliness, discipline and willingness to learn hospitality service standards.
Key Responsibilities Service Preparation
· Clean and arrange dining tables, chairs and service areas.
· Set up plates, cutlery, glasses, napkins and service items.
· Keep water, condiments and basic service items ready.
· Assist in buffet setup, high tea setup and outdoor dining setup.
Guest Service
· Serve food and beverages politely and carefully.
· Refill water and attend to guest requests.
· Clear used plates and maintain table cleanliness.
· Assist children, elderly guests and families where required.
· Maintain a respectful and guest-friendly attitude at all times.
Kitchen Coordination
· Pick up food from kitchen and serve as instructed.
· Inform Captain or kitchen about guest requests.
· Ensure food is served fresh and at the right temperature.
· Avoid wastage and mishandling of food.
Cleaning and Closing Duties
· Clear tables after meals.
· Clean dining area after service.
· Wash or support cleaning of service equipment as per assigned duty.
· Store crockery, cutlery and service items safely.
· Keep service stations organised.
Outdoor Service Support
· Assist in bush dining, bonfire snacks, packed meals and outdoor activities.
· Carry service items safely to outdoor locations.
· Ensure outdoor areas are cleaned after service.
Hygiene and Discipline
· Maintain personal hygiene and clean uniform.
· Follow food safety and cleanliness instructions.
· Handle crockery, food and guest items carefully.
· Report breakages, spills or guest complaints immediately.
Required Skills and Attributes
· Polite behaviour and willingness to serve guests.
· Basic cleanliness and hygiene awareness.
· Ability to follow instructions.
· Team-oriented and punctual.
· Hindi required; basic English will be an advantage.
Experience Required
· 0-2 years of experience in hotel, resort, restaurant, cafe, banquet or formal catering setup.
· Freshers may be considered if they are well-groomed, disciplined, polite and willing to learn hospitality service standards.
· Experience from informal dhaba setups will not be considered as relevant hospitality experience.
Work Timing
As per meal service and resort operations. Weekly off as per company policy.
Salary
As per experience and resort policy.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
