HR Manager – AI Training Center
Responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and academic coordination for the AI Training Center. Key responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding of interns, trainees, faculties, and staff; building partnerships with colleges, universities, and industry experts; managing internship and training programs; organizing workshops, seminars, webinars, and placement drives; overseeing lead generation and counseling teams; coordinating faculty schedules and performance; maintaining employee engagement and compliance; and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the training center to achieve enrollment and placement goals. prior experience preffered
Pay: ₹10,093.55 - ₹20,000.00 per month
