Artjuna Goa is a high-energy, high-volume 250-seater restaurant known for its Mediterranean cuisine, strong beverage culture, and lifestyle experience. The bar plays a key role in guest satisfaction, upselling, and brand identity.
We are seeking a passionate, disciplined, and creative Bar Manager & Mixologist who can lead from the front, maintain operational excellence, and elevate the beverage experience.
Role Overview
The Bar Manager & Mixologist is responsible for:
- End-to-end bar operations
- Beverage menu development
- Team leadership & training
- Cost control & inventory management
- Maintaining speed and consistency in high-volume service
- Ensuring premium guest experience
This is both a creative and operational leadership role.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5-7 years experience in Bar Operations (minimum 2 years in leadership role)
- Strong mixology knowledge (classic + contemporary cocktails)
- Sound knowledge of spirits, wines, and beverage pairings
- Experience in high-volume restaurant environment preferred
- Strong understanding of beverage costing and inventory control
- Leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure and long service hours
- Certification in mixology or bartending preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
