Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize targeted email campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and conversions.
- Develop customer journeys using marketing automation tools.
- Manage subscriber segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
- Work with the content and design teams to craft high-impact email creatives.
- Monitor campaign KPIs and implement data-driven improvements.
- Ensure compliance with spam laws and email best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience in email marketing.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Sendinblue, or similar.
- Strong understanding of email performance metrics and deliverability.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for emails (basic to moderate).
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce (optional but a plus).
- Excellent written communication and analytical skills.
