Job Description: Plant Head
Location: Kamali, Parwanoo, Solan

Experience: 5–15 Years (Handmade Soap/Cosmetics/Herbal Manufacturing)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall plant operations and production activities.
- Ensure achievement of daily and monthly production targets.
- Maintain GMP, SOP, hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
- Supervise production, QA, QC, maintenance, stores, and dispatch coordination.
- Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
- Control production costs, minimize wastage, and improve productivity.
- Ensure proper documentation, batch records, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Ayurveda, Science, or a related field.
- Experience in handmade soap, cosmetic, herbal, or Ayurvedic manufacturing preferred.
