Job Summary:
Hiring for a manufacturing company located in Andheri, Mumbai. The CRM Sales Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales through CRM systems, and ensuring effective coordination between sales and customer support teams. The role focuses on improving customer engagement, retention, and overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and update customer data in the CRM system.
2. Coordinate with the sales team for leads, follow-ups, and customer communication.
3. Maintain records of sales inquiries, quotations, and orders.
4. Follow up with customers regarding sales proposals and order status.
5. Prepare sales reports, customer reports, and performance data.
6. Handle customer queries and provide support.
7. Coordinate with operations, accounts, and logistics teams for order processing.
8. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
Requirements:
