Job Title: Field Supervisor

Job Summary
The Field Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day field operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to company standards. The role involves coordinating with workers, monitoring productivity, maintaining discipline, and reporting operational progress to management.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily field activities and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Monitor workers' attendance, performance, and discipline.
Ensure compliance with safety rules, SOPs, and company policies.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
Allocate work and monitor productivity of field staff.
Conduct routine inspections of the work area and report any issues.
Maintain daily work reports, attendance records, and activity logs.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and PPE by workers.
Report accidents, unsafe conditions, or operational issues to management.
Assist in resolving day-to-day operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+2; Diploma preferred.
- Experience in field supervision, industrial operations, or a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Working Conditions
- Field-based role within the plant premises.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
