As an
Invoicing Associate - MSP, youll play a vital role in delivering accurate and timely invoicing across our global client portfolio. Working closely with Payroll, Credit Control, and Finance teams, youll help maintain strong financial processes, support cash flow, and ensure exceptional service delivery for both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Invoice Preparation & Submission: Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Customer Portal Management: Upload and submit invoices through customer invoicing portals and electronic billing platforms.
- Invoice Validation: Review invoice details thoroughly to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements.
- Documentation Management: Ensure all supporting documentation, approvals, and backups are attached prior to submission.
- Navision Updates: Maintain accurate and timely updates on invoice submission status within Navision.
- Record Keeping: Manage invoice submission logs, process documentation, and customer-specific invoicing procedures.
- Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile self-billing transactions against approved timesheets and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Credit & Rebill Management: Handle invoice rejections, credit notes, and rebill requirements efficiently.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Payroll, Finance, Invoicing, and Credit Control teams to accelerate invoice processing and collections.
- Continuous Improvement: Support enhancements to invoicing systems, processes, and operational efficiencies.

- Invoicing Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in invoicing, billing, or finance operations.
- Strong Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of invoicing processes, billing controls, and financial procedures.
- Excel Skills: Advanced Excel capability including formulas, VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality when processing invoices.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Systems Knowledge: Experience using ERP, invoicing, or finance systems, with Navision experience being advantageous.
- Team Player: Collaborative approach with the ability to work across multiple functions and stakeholders.
