With 2,000+ installations across South India, we deliver end-to-end solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
The Role We're looking for an aggressive, technically sound Business Development Manager to drive growth in Commercial Solar (100 kW+), High-Capacity Residential (10–25 kW), and Energy Storage Systems (BESS/Hybrid). You will own the sales funnel end-to-end — from prospecting to proposal to closure.
What You'll Do
- Generate and qualify leads across commercial, institutional, and industrial segments
- Conduct site assessments and coordinate with the Projects team for feasibility
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and present to decision-makers
- Manage DISCOM/KSEBL liaison for net metering and grid approval coordination
- Close deals independently and maintain client relationships post-commissioning
- Track pipeline activity and forecasts in ERPNext CRM
What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in solar, EPC, electrical, or energy sectors
- Strong understanding of solar system sizing, KSEB net metering, PM Surya Ghar subsidy, and CAPEX/OPEX models
- Experience selling to factories, hotels, hospitals, schools, housing societies, or large bungalows
- Knowledge of BESS/hybrid systems is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication in Malayalam and English; Hindi a plus
- Self-driven, target-oriented, comfortable with field sales across Kerala
