Nursing Superintendent
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Nursing Superintendent to lead and supervise nursing operations across the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise nursing staff and department activities.
- Ensure quality patient care and nursing standards.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage staff allocation.
- Monitor nursing documentation and hospital protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments.
- Ensure infection control, patient safety and discipline.
Requirements:
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing registration.
- Relevant supervisory/management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
