Job Description:
We are hiring an Project Coordinator to support project execution, billing, and material coordination activities. The candidate should have basic experience in mep projects and strong coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in tendering and estimation support
- Preparation and verification of billing documents
- Raise and track material requests as per site requirements
- Prepare and submit technical submittals for approval
- Coordinate with site execution teams
- Schedule and coordinate material delivery
- Maintain project documentation and records
Candidate Requirements:
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or MEP-related field
1–3 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office
Good communication and coordination skills
