Key Responsibilities:Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.
- Perform refraction tests and prescribe corrective lenses.
- Evaluate visual acuity, binocular vision, and eye coordination.
- Assist in diagnosing common eye disorders and abnormalities.
- Conduct diagnostic procedures as advised by the ophthalmologist.
Patient Care
- Counsel patients regarding eye health, vision care, and corrective measures.
- Educate patients on proper use and maintenance of spectacles/contact lenses.
- Maintain patient comfort and confidentiality.
Equipment & Documentation
- Operate and maintain ophthalmic equipment and instruments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Ensure proper calibration and cleanliness of eye testing equipment.
Coordination & Quality
- Assist ophthalmologists during procedures and clinical evaluations.
- Follow hospital policies, infection control, and patient safety protocols.
- Participate in departmental quality initiatives and training programs.
Qualification
- B.Sc Optometry / Diploma in Optometry / M.Sc Optometry
Experience
- Fresher / Experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
