Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to strengthen relationships with our dealer network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with dealers on order management, payment follow-ups, complaint resolution, and maintaining long-term business relationships to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners.
- Coordinate with dealers regarding new orders, order status, dispatch schedules, and product availability.
- Follow up on pending payments and outstanding balances while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Address dealer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly by coordinating with the relevant internal departments.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and communicate updates to dealers.
- Act as the primary point of contact between dealers and the company for day-to-day business requirements.
- Regularly communicate with dealers to understand their requirements, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for repeat and increased business.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, and Production teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate customer records, communication history, and follow-up details in the CRM/ERP system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on dealer interactions, pending payments, complaints, and order status.
- Support customer retention initiatives by providing excellent service and building long-term trust.
- Assist in implementing customer engagement activities and dealer support programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, Sales Coordination, or Dealer Coordination.
- Experience in the manufacturing or FMCG industry is preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Ability to resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
