Key Responsibilities:
- Research trending Reels, audio, hooks, and formats in parenting, motivation, and business niches
- Analyze top-performing creators for viral patterns
- Track engagement metrics and suggest content optimizations
- Assist in planning 30-day content calendars
- Coordinate with the video team for script timing, captions, and hashtags
- Stay updated with Instagram algorithm changes and reel strategies
- Suggest ideas aligned with WowKids’ vision and our directors storytelling style
