The Operations Executive serves as the primary bridge between the Corporate Head Office (HO) and the Frozen Food Manufacturing Unit. This role ensures that strategic mandates, production targets, and quality standards set by HO are seamlessly executed at the factory level, while accurately reporting ground-reality timelines, constraints, and resource needs back to leadership.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of core operational experience, specifically within the Food Processing, FMCG, or Perishable Goods industry. Experience in frozen foods or cold-chain logistics is highly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Food Technology, or Supply Chain Management.
Pay: ₹20,826.72 - ₹51,488.09 per month
