Main goal of the role is to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical difficulties from injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Evaluate physical conditions, review medical history, and test a patient's strength, range of motion, and mobility. Maintaining proper patient treatment records and documentation. Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans when required.
- Treatment Planning: Design and run customized physical therapy programs using manual therapy, joint manipulation, and therapeutic exercises. Providing appropriate exercise, rehabilitation and home-care instructions.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor recovery, update care plans as needed, and write clear clinical notes.
- Patient Education: Teach patients and their families home-care exercises and injury prevention strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work with doctors, nurses, and other specialists to support complete patient recovery.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Hold a valid university degree in physiotherapy or physical therapy.
- Possess a current state, regional, or national professional license to practice.
- Show strong communication, patience, and empathy to support people in pain.
- Demonstrate physical stamina and hands-on skill for moving patients and demonstrating exercises.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
