About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically inclined CRM Operations Executive to help manage and optimize our customer operations ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with CRM systems, automation workflows, integrations, reporting, and operational processes.
You will work closely with the leadership team to build and maintain efficient systems across customer lifecycle management, data operations, reporting, and communication workflows. The role offers strong learning exposure across tools such as Salesforce, Zapier, Intercom, APIs, and workflow automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring customer and lead data remains accurate, organized, and actionable
- Build and execute automation workflows for lead nurturing, retention, follow-ups, and customer engagement
- Maintain integrations between internal platforms and third-party tools using APIs and automation platforms
- Coordinate and manage customer communication workflows across WhatsApp, email, and other engagement channels
- Generate operational reports, dashboards, and performance trackers for management and business teams
- Monitor data quality, identify inconsistencies, and maintain clean operational processes
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and client servicing
Skills & Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in CRM operations, sales operations, business operations, or related roles
- Hands-on exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Freshworks, or similar tools
- Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, Make.com, or workflow automation platforms
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and data workflows
- Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and reporting/dashboard management
- Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage structured data
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
