We are looking for an experienced Purchase & Sales Manager with strong knowledge of the Hardware and Sanitary industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent vendor management, procurement, sales, and negotiation skills to help grow our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing and sales operations for hardware and sanitary products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, dealers, distributors, and customers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with vendors.
- Source new products and suppliers while ensuring quality and competitive pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely procurement.
- Prepare quotations, manage customer inquiries, and close sales.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams for smooth order processing.
- Achieve monthly sales and procurement targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the Hardware, Sanitary, Bath Fittings, Kitchen Accessories, or Building Materials industry.
Preferred:
- Existing network of hardware and sanitary suppliers or dealers.
- Experience in wholesale, distribution, or manufacturing.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally when required.
