Thinkwide Digital Health is hiring for the position - Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) - Digital Marketing

This is not a purely strategic leadership role - we are looking for someone who can actively participate in campaign execution, performance analysis, team management, and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
✔ Lead digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
✔ Drive lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives with measurable ROI.
✔ Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing spend for maximum effectiveness.
✔ Build and manage a high-performing marketing team and external agencies/vendors.
✔ Develop brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.Oversee website performance, marketing automation, and conversion optimization.
✔ Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
✔ Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to achieve growth targets.
✔ Establish KPIs and provide regular performance reports to management.
Required Qualifications:
✔ 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
✔ Mandatory experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency environment.
✔ Proven track record of managing and scaling digital campaigns with
✔ significant marketing budgets.
✔ Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, SEO, SEM, Marketing Automation, and Analytics.
✔ Hands-on experience with performance marketing and lead generation.
✔ Excellent understanding of customer acquisition funnels and conversion optimization.
✔ Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
