Organisational Job Summary
The Website Controller is responsible for managing, updating, and maintaining the organization's website content, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and visual appeal. The role also includes preparing presentations (PPTs) for internal reporting, client meetings, or promotional purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly update website content, including text, images, banners, and product/service information
- Monitor website performance, fix broken links, and troubleshoot minor technical issues
- Coordinate with the design/IT team for layout changes, new pages, or feature additions
- Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Optimize website content for SEO where applicable
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for management reviews, client pitches, or internal training
- Design visually appealing slides with charts, graphs, and relevant data
- Maintain a content calendar for website updates and announcements
- Test website changes across browsers/devices before publishing
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, and developers as needed
- Track website traffic/analytics and report insights (if applicable)
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Office Suite
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (preferred but not mandatory)
- Good design sense for layout and presentation aesthetics
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of SEO practices (preferred)
- Good communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preference for IT, Marketing, or Mass Communication)
- 0–2 years of experience in website management/content coordination (freshers may apply based on company policy)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
