What You’ll Do
- Manage daily café operations and lead the team during shifts.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain service standards.
- Drive sales and achieve shift-wise business targets.
- Manage inventory, control wastage, and maintain hygiene standards.
- Coach, motivate, and build a high-performing café team.
