Job Overview
Peregreen Enviro India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive, high-level support to our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the MD. This role requires advanced proficiency in data analysis, report generation, and presentation design, serving as a strategic gatekeeper and coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management, Analytics & Reporting
- Advanced Excel Management: Create, maintain, and analyze complex spreadsheets, trackers, and databases. Utilize advanced functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) to manipulate data and generate actionable business insights for the MD.
- Report Generation: Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational and financial reports from various departments. Synthesize raw data into clear, concise executive summaries.
- Presentation Design: Design high-impact, professional PowerPoint presentations for board meetings, stakeholder briefings, client pitches, and internal reviews.
2. Executive Calendar & Schedule Management
- Manage an active and complex calendar of appointments; ensure the MD’s schedule is optimized and aligned with daily and long-term priorities.
- Coordinate logistics for high-level meetings, including agenda preparation, room setup, and minutes of the meeting (MoM) tracking for follow-up actions.
- Arrange detailed and seamless travel itineraries (both domestic and international), including flights, accommodations, and local transport.
3. Communication & Liaison
- Serve as a professional and diplomatic gatekeeper for the MD’s office, managing incoming communications (emails, calls, visitors) and prioritizing responses.
- Draft, review, and edit sensitive correspondence, official letters, and emails on behalf of the MD.
- Liaise effectively with department heads, plant leadership, and external partners to ensure smooth cross-functional coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 6 to 8 years of solid experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Secretariat to CXO/MD level leadership.
Technical Mastery:
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data sorting, complex formulas, pivots).
- Exceptional skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (visual storytelling, formatting, and formatting complex data neatly).
- Strong familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook) and cloud-based collaboration tools.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
