Job Title: Process Expert – Change Control & System Integration Coordination
Location: Hyderabad, India
Process Expert responsible for governing HR system changes across a complex, integrated HR technology landscape. This role sits at the intersection of HR, Digital & Technology (D&T), and external vendors, ensuring all HRIS changes are delivered in a controlled, compliant, and high-quality manner. The position offers strong global stakeholder exposure, ownership of change governance, testing coordination, and the opportunity to drive continuous improvement within a leading science-based multinational organization.

Your key responsibilities

Ability to coordinate and govern end-to-end HR system change requests while ensuring compliance with change and release management processes.

Strong understanding of HRIS platforms, HR data management, and system integrations.

Experience managing integration testing, regression testing, and ensuring quality outcomes for system enhancements and releases.

Ability to act as the central coordination point between HR, IT/D&T teams, Change Control Boards, and external vendors..

Experience driving structured escalation management, issue resolution, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Strong planning, impact analysis, documentation management, tracker maintenance, and process improvement capabilities.

You bring
-
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

5+ years of experience working within HRIS environments and HR technology ecosystems.

Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HR data/integration processes is highly preferred.

Proven background in system change coordination, release management, and testing management within enterprise applications.

Strong knowledge of change control frameworks, testing methodologies, quality assurance, and governance processes.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a global environment and support European time zones.
