We're looking for a friendly, organised person to join our front office team and be one of the first faces our guests meet.
The Role As a Front Office Executive, you'll be the main point of contact for our guests. You'll handle check-ins, check-outs, payments, and help sort out any issues that come up during their stay. We need someone who is well-organised, good with people, and takes pride in giving guests a smooth, pleasant experience.
Key Responsibilities
Guest service: Welcome guests, handle their requests, and sort out any complaints quickly and politely.
Front desk operations: Manage check-ins, check-outs, and room changes. Make sure bills are correct and everything follows hotel standards.
Cash and billing: Handle daily cash duties, take payments, post charges, and help with night audit when needed.
Team coordination: Stay in regular contact with Housekeeping, Concierge, and Maintenance so rooms are ready on time and guest issues are fixed fast.
Safety: Know the hotel's emergency procedures and make sure guests are safe at all times.
