About the Role
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to help design and build the services that power our growing platform. You'll take real ownership of your work — choosing your tools, shipping to production, and operating large-scale applications on AWS — and what you build will directly shape the product and the experience real users have with it.
What You'll Do
● Design and build scalable, loosely coupled services that extend and power our growing platform.
● Create robust API integrations with third-party systems to support a wide range of use cases.
● Improve infrastructure, performance, and availability — because uptime matters.
● Take full ownership from choosing the tech stack through to deploying and operating large-scale applications on AWS.
● Contribute to the open-source community through code, tools, or blog posts that share what we're learning.
● Adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment where your work directly shapes the product and user experience.
What You'll Bring
● 3+ years of hands-on development experience — JavaScript preferred, though we welcome strong candidates from other backgrounds.
● Strong JavaScript fundamentals, including closures and callbacks, with a habit of writing clean, efficient code.
● Backend expertise in Node.js, with frameworks such as Express.js, Koa.js, or Socket.io.
● A solid grip on asynchronous programming using callbacks, promises, and async/await.
● Experience building and maintaining consumer-facing web or app products.
● Working knowledge of MongoDB, Redis, and MySQL.
● A solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and operating systems.
● AWS experience with services such as EC2, ELB, AutoScaling, CloudFront, and S3.
Nice to Have
● Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and AJAX, and familiarity with modern frontend stacks.

This role is based in Mumbai, India.

Pay: ₹376,520.32 - ₹1,622,268.85 per year
