About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and responsible SEO Team Leader to lead our SEO team, manage client projects, and drive organic growth through effective SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SEO team and daily activities.
- Develop and implement effective On-Page & Off-Page SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and overall SEO performance.
- Plan and execute link-building and off-page SEO campaigns.
- Ensure timely completion and quality of SEO tasks.
- Analyze SEO reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends.
- Coordinate with content, development, and other marketing teams.
- Review team members' work and provide guidance and training.
Required Skills
- 1–2+ years of practical SEO experience.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO.
- Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Good understanding of keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink building, and SEO audits.
- Team management and leadership skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
