Role Overview:
As a Junior Field Sales Executive, you will be the boots on the ground representative for M-Connect, visiting manufacturing plants, generating leads, running product demos, and closing deals for the company’s software and hardware solutions. Key responsibilities:
Visit manufacturing companies and industrial customers.
Explain M-Connect solutions to prospective clients.
Generate new leads through field visits and references.
Support product demonstrations and customer meetings.
Follow up with customers for inquiries and meetings.
Maintain daily visit and meeting reports.
Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams.
Learn Industrial IoT, OEE, MES, and smart factory concepts.
Build professional relationships with customers.
