Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review feasibility studies, concept designs, and technical proposals
- Participate in site assessments and surveys
- Manage and coordinate design consultants and engineering teams
- Review drawings, specifications and technical submittals
- Manage design changes and approvals
- repare detailed cost plans, estimates, and cash flow forecasts
- Monitor project costs, commitments, and variations
- Evaluate contractor claims, change orders, and extensions of time
- Ensure projects remain within approved budgets
- Implement project quality management plans
Qualification:
Btech - Civil Engineering
Experience:
Min 3 years of relevant experience
