About the Role
Morelife Foundation is looking for a dynamic, visionary, and execution-driven leader to work directly with the Founder & CEO. This role requires someone who can take complete ownership of the Foundation's operations, build and lead high-performing teams, drive strategic growth, and ensure the successful execution of the Foundation's mission.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead the Foundation's overall operations and strategic execution
● Work closely with the Founder & CEO to achieve organizational goals.
● Take ownership of day-to-day business and operational activities.
● Build, hire, mentor, and lead high-performing teams.
● Oversee HR, recruitment, and people management.
● Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and processes.
● Drive partnerships, CSR collaborations, fundraising, and business development
● Manage budgets, compliance, reporting, and organizational performance.
● Ensure timely execution of projects and achievement of key objectives.
● Represent the Foundation in meetings with partners, corporates, NGOs, and government stakeholders.
● Identify opportunities to scale the Foundation and maximize social impact
Ideal Candidate
● Proven leadership experience in managing teams and operations.
● Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
● Experience in NGOs, CSR, social enterprises, or organizational leadership is preferred.
● Ability to work independently, make critical decisions, and drive organizational growth.
