We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and lead generation. The primary focus will be generating high-quality leads at an optimized CPL and improving conversions across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate leads through Meta, Google, Website, Landing Pages, WhatsApp, Referrals, Channel Partners, and other platforms.
- Optimize campaigns for CPL, lead quality, conversion rate, and ROI.
- Test and improve audiences, creatives, ad copies, offers, and landing pages.
- Track leads from enquiry → qualified lead → site visit → conversion.
- Work with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Manage CRM lead tracking and campaign performance reports.
- Explore new digital and offline channels for lead generation.
- Support builder, channel partner, referral, and site-visit lead generation when required.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on Performance/Digital Marketing experience.
- Strong experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads.
- Proven lead-generation and campaign optimization skills.
- Good understanding of CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate & ROI/ROAS.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-driven and willing to travel for business development activities.
