Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume hiring for both IT and Non-IT positions and possess strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills. This role requires the ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously while ensuring quality hires and an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring across IT and Non-IT functions.
- Handle multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting defined hiring targets and timelines.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and workforce planning.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, campus drives, job fairs, and recruitment vendors.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic/video interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely interview feedback.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and future hiring requirements.
- Drive walk-in drives, mass hiring campaigns, and recruitment events to support business needs.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, documentation, and pre-joining engagement.
- Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with HR operations and business teams.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring productivity.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Stay updated with hiring trends, talent availability, and market salary benchmarks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on bulk hiring.
- Proven experience hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles across multiple levels.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Apna, Foundit, and other sourcing platforms.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in volume hiring for Sales, Customer Support, Operations, Finance, HR, Engineering, and Technology roles.
- Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search and social recruiting techniques.
- Experience conducting campus recruitment, walk-in drives, and recruitment events.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.
- Ability to build talent pipelines and maintain long-term candidate relationships.

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
