Core Responsibilities
- Curriculum Execution: Design and follow age-appropriate lesson plans incorporating play, songs, and arts.
- Skill Building: Teach the alphabet, phonics, and basic numbers, alongside personal and emotional regulation.
- Student Assessment: Monitor and evaluate children’s cognitive and social progress, and report results to parents.
- Classroom Management: Enforce safety guidelines and nurture sharing, cooperation, and positive behaviors.
- Parent Communication: Build strong partnerships with families to support each child’s unique background.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a closely related field.
- State Licensing: Completion of required state certification or licensure tests, where applicable.
- Certifications: CPR and First Aid certifications are strongly preferred.
- Soft Skills: High levels of patience, creativity, and the ability to manage diverse behavioral needs.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
