Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and submission of consultancy bids for highway and bridge projects.
Experience
- Freshers: Civil Engineering graduates with knowledge of highway engineering and tendering.
- Experienced: 1–5 years of experience in consultancy projects related to NHAI, MoRTH, NHIDCL, State PWDs, or similar infrastructure organizations.
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering/MBA/BBA/Diploma in Civil (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Search and shortlist suitable Key Personnel (KP) CVs from the Skill Bridge Portal, INFRACON Portal, and other approved databases.
- Coordinate with engineers and experts to obtain updated CVs, educational certificates, experience certificates, and other supporting documents.
- Prepare technical bid documents in accordance with the Request for Proposal (RFP).
- Review RFPs, Terms of Reference (TOR), eligibility criteria, evaluation methodology, and staffing requirements.
- Prepare compliance statements, forms, undertakings, declarations, and technical proposal documents.
- Verify the eligibility and experience of Key Personnel as per RFP requirements.
- Coordinate with JV partners, associates, and consultants to collect the required documents.
- Prepare experience sheets, project credentials, and eligibility calculations.
- Assist in the preparation of technical presentations, staffing schedules, and work plans.
- Maintain a database of CVs, project experiences, client certificates, and company credentials.
- Ensure timely submission of bids through the INFRACON Portal, CPP Portal, GeM, or other e-procurement portals.
- Prepare clarification replies and bidder representations, if required.
- Maintain confidentiality of bid documents and company data.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of NHAI, MoRTH, NHIDCL, and DPR/AE/IE consultancy projects.
- Ability to understand and interpret RFP documents.
- Knowledge of the INFRACON Portal and the Skill Bridge Portal.
- Good understanding of Key Personnel eligibility and evaluation criteria.
- Strong documentation and report-preparation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under strict bid-submission deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in preparing bids for DPR, Authority Engineer (AE), Independent Engineer (IE), Project Management Consultancy (PMC), Supervision Consultancy, and Design Consultancy projects.
- Familiarity with e-procurement portals such as CPP Portal, GeM, and state tender portals.
- Knowledge of highway engineering standards, IRC Codes, and MoRTH Specifications.
