Manage recruitment and selection processes in line with approved manning and budgets.

Prepare and maintain manpower plans and recruitment trackers.

Ensure timely hiring of quality candidates across all departments.

Coordinate interviews, selection, reference checks and background verification.

Ensure appropriate offer, joining and onboarding documentation.

Maintain effective relationships with recruitment agencies, institutions and other talent sources.

Support internal mobility, transfers and career opportunities within IHG.

Welcome and orient new colleagues to the hotel and IHG.

Conduct HR induction and ensure completion of joining formalities.

Ensure colleagues understand hotel policies, procedures, benefits, code of conduct and IHG values.

Coordinate departmental induction and job-specific orientation.

Ensure all employee documentation is complete and maintained accurately.

Create a positive first-day and onboarding experience for new colleagues.

Develop creative initiatives to engage, inspire and motivate colleagues.

Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations and recognition programmes.

Support and administer the annual Team Member Satisfaction Survey and develop action plans based on results.

Monitor employee feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.

Coordinate induction, mandatory and operational training programmes.

Monitor training completion and maintain appropriate records.

Coordinate the hotel's performance management process.

Support managers in setting clear performance objectives.

Coach managers on performance improvement and employee development.

Monitor Performance Improvement Plans where required.

Encourage continuous feedback and development conversations.

Coordinate monthly payroll activities with Finance and ensure accurate employee data.

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and payroll inputs.

Ensure timely processing of salary, deductions and statutory contributions.

Monitor attendance, overtime, leave and payroll-related discrepancies.

Maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation.
-
Ensure HR reports and dashboards are updated and submitted on time.

Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information.

Provide meaningful HR insights and recommendations to the General Manager and leadership team.

Education
-
Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hotel Management or a related field.

Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources / MBA HR will be an advantage.

Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
Experience
-
Minimum 4–6 years of relevant Human Resources experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
-
Previous experience in a supervisory HR role is preferred.
-
Experience in a branded hotel environment will be an advantage.
-
Pre-opening hotel experience will be highly desirable.
-
Strong understanding of hotel HR operations, employee relations, recruitment and statutory compliance.
