Hiring: General Manager ( Pre-opening property)
Responsibilities:
– Oversee all resort operations and departmental performance
– Lead teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences
– Drive revenue, profitability, and overall property growth
– Monitor budgets, reports, and operational efficiency
– Coordinate with management to achieve business goals
Requirements:
– Minimum 5+ years of hospitality management experience
– Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
– Experience in resort/hotel operations preferred
– Ability to manage teams and drive business growth
