Job Description:
• We are hiring an HR Assistant to support daily HR and administrative operations. • The candidate will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, and coordination of HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews and assist in recruitment activities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and induction processes
- Handle attendance and leave management
- Assist in payroll coordination and HR reporting
- Respond to employee queries and support HR operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in HR/Admin
