The Diagnosing Expert Trainer is responsible for providing advanced technical and diagnostic training to workshop technicians and service teams across branches. The role includes conducting practical and classroom training on vehicle diagnosis, troubleshooting, EV systems, and OEM repair procedures, while ensuring proper implementation of workshop standards and technical processes. The trainer will support branches in handling critical technical issues, reducing repeat repairs, improving first-time fix ratio, and enhancing technician skill levels. Candidates should have strong automobile diagnostic knowledge, excellent presentation skills, and 5–8 years of dealership service experience. Diploma or Degree in Automobile, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
