Key Responsibilities:
- Drive regional business growth and revenue targets
- Lead sales, operations, and project execution
- Manage key client relationships across Pharma, Automotive, FMCG & Industrial sectors
- Develop new business opportunities in Automation & Validation Services
- Build and mentor high-performing technical and sales teams
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely project delivery
Required Skills:
-Strong experience in Industrial Automation / Validation Services
- Knowledge of PLC-SCADA, CSV, HVAC Validation, Electrical Panels
- Leadership & Team Management
- Business Development & Client Handling
- Strategic Planning & Revenue Growth
