Job Summary
We are looking for experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Engineers to drive business growth in the cutting tools segment. The candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and providing technical sales support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
● Manage and grow relationships with key customers and channel partners
● Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional revenue growth
● Conduct technical trials and provide detailed application reports
● Deliver product presentations and offer technical solutions to clients
● Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support
● Keep customers informed about new products, innovations, and solutions
● Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Key Skills Required
● Strong knowledge of cutting tools (PCD, CBN, Solid Carbide Tools)
● Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
● Ability to handle key accounts and OEM customers
● Strong application and technical understanding
● Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Preferred Requirements
● Experience in tooling, machining, or manufacturing industry
● Existing customer network is an added advantage
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
