Experience

Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering or any Graduate with relevant dealership experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
Job Summary
The Service Manager is responsible for managing the overall service operations of the dealership, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, achieving service revenue and profitability targets, maintaining workshop efficiency, and leading the service team to deliver high-quality repairs and customer experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesService Operations
- Plan, organize, and supervise the daily operations of the service department.
- Ensure timely vehicle repairs and delivery as per committed timelines.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and technician utilization.
- Implement OEM service standards and dealership processes.
Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the service journey.
- Address customer complaints and resolve escalated issues promptly.
- Improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and customer retention.
- Follow up on customer feedback and implement corrective actions.
