Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to join our team as Management Trainees. This role provides structured training and hands-on exposure to marketing, sales, business development, client servicing, team management, HR, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for clients.
* Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships.
* Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
* Support business operations, resource management, and day-to-day management activities.
* Participate in training and development programs for team members.
