Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant with 8+ years of SAP experience and strong expertise in supporting and optimizing SAP S/4HANA environments. The consultant will be responsible for providing functional support, incident resolution, enhancements, process improvements, and business user assistance across procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics execution processes.
The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of SAP MM and EWM modules, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience working in a global AMS (Application Management Services) or support environment.
Key Responsibilities
SAP MM (Materials Management)
Procurement & Purchasing Support
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for procurement and inventory management processes.
Support and troubleshoot:

Prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
Support upgrades, release testing, and regression testing.
Enable and support SAP Fiori applications related to MM and EWM.

Ensure timely resolution of incidents within SLA targets.
Coordinate with SAP Basis, Security, Development, and Infrastructure teams.
Participate in change management and release activities.
Develop knowledge base articles and support documentation.

Knowledge of SAP TM, Yard Logistics, and Automation Integration preferred.
