We are a leading process equipment manufacturing company specializing in fabrication and supply of industrial equipment such as reactors, pressure vessels, storage tanks, evaporators, heat exchangers, mixing systems, boilers, skids, and customized process plants for chemical, pharma, food, oil, textile, and allied industries.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities for process equipment and industrial projects.
- Handle inquiries from platforms like IndiaMART, trade portals, references, exhibitions, and direct marketing.
- Visit customers and industrial plants for technical discussions and requirement analysis.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations and negotiate orders.
- Follow up with customers for order closure and payment collection.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Technical Responsibilities
- Understand customer process requirements and suggest suitable equipment solutions.
- Coordinate with design, production, and project departments for technical clarification.
- Read and understand GA drawings, P&ID, fabrication drawings, and technical specifications.
- Assist customers in equipment selection and process improvement.
Coordination & Reporting
- Prepare daily sales reports and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with dispatch, purchase, production, and accounts departments.
- Monitor project progress and update customers regularly.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of process equipment manufacturing.
- Understanding of SS/MS fabrication and industrial equipment.
- Ability to prepare quotations and costing.
- Knowledge of industrial markets like Chemical, Pharma, Food, Textile, and Engineering industries.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD drawings preferred.
Preferred Equipment Knowledge
Candidate having sales experience in below products will be preferred:
- Reactors
- Pressure Vessels
- Storage Tanks
- Heat Exchangers
- Evaporators (MEE/MVR)
- Mixing Tanks
- Boilers & Thermic Fluid Heaters
- Skid Mounted Systems
- Distillation Systems
- Industrial Dryers
Qualification
- Diploma / BE Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
- MBA Marketing preferred (optional)
Experience
- 5 to 10 Years experience in industrial equipment or process plant sales.
