Role Overview
A senior planning professional responsible for end-to-end project planning, scheduling, and cost controls for highway, expressway, bridge, and infrastructure projects. The role demands strong Primavera P6 expertise and prior experience in EPC/HAM/BOT project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting for highway and road construction projects.
- Prepare, maintain, and monitor detailed Primavera P6 baselines and progress schedules.
- Conduct variance analysis — schedule vs. actual — and prepare corrective action plans.
- Develop project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost-to-complete estimates.
- Coordinate with project site teams, procurement, and contracts for integrated planning.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, project progress reports, and presentations for senior management and clients.
- Review and assess sub-contractor schedules, resource plans, and productivity reports.
- Support tender preparation, BOQ analysis, and pre-bid planning exercises.
Required Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in planning and project controls for road, highway, expressway, bridge, or infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Primavera P6 scheduling and project monitoring.
- Experience in EPC, HAM, BOT, or government-funded infrastructure projects is preferred.
Educational Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Post Graduate Qualification from NICMAR (PGP/PGCM/MBA or equivalent) — MANDATORY.
Additional certifications in Primavera P6, Project Management, Planning & Budgeting — MANDATORY
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
