Candidate Profile:
Requirements
✅ Good verbal communication and convincing skills
✅ Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
✅ Good follow-up and negotiation skills
✅ Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment
✅ Freshers can also apply — training will be provided
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and explain financial products/services — features, eligibility, benefits, charges & application process
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling
Coordinate with sales/operations team for documentation & application processing
Maintain accurate customer/lead data in CRM
