Role: Store Incharge
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Experience: 2+ yrs in retail shop operations
Job location : Chennai(Madavaram,Vinyagapuram & Manali)
Working Hours- 10.00 Am to 10.00 Pm(Sunday mandatory working)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Manage product display and visual merchandising.
Execute local and digital promotions to increase walk-ins and sales.
Understand customer needs and deliver excellent customer service.
Drive sales, achieve monthly targets, and improve store profitability.
Manage inventory, billing, and store maintenance.
Resolve customer queries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
