We are looking for a passionate and patient-focused Relationship Manager to join our Tirupati team.
Job Summary
The Relationship Manager will play a key role in patient counselling, relationship management, and conversion of IVF-advised patients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust with patients while ensuring a seamless treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel and guide patients regarding IVF treatment options and procedures.
- Explain Ferty9's services, treatment process, success stories, and unique strengths to prospective patients.
- Build strong relationships with patients and address their concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Follow up with IVF-advised patients to improve treatment conversion.
- Coordinate with doctors, counsellors, and the operations team to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
- Ensure patients receive accurate information, guidance, and continuous support throughout their treatment journey.
- Maintain and update patient records in hospital software (Palash & Gemino).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly conversion reports and present them to the Centre Manager.
- Ensure compliance with ART Act documentation and consent procedures.
- Support patient engagement programs and awareness activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Any Discipline (MBA/Healthcare Management preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in Relationship Management, Counselling, Sales, Customer Service, Healthcare, IVF, Hospitals, or Diagnostics.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achieve patient conversion targets.
- Maintain customer satisfaction (NPS) of 90% and above.
- Improve IVF treatment conversion percentage.
- Ensure 100% compliance with documentation and ART Act consent forms.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient data entries.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
