ABODE School is seekig for a Montessori Head who is responsible for leading and managing the Montessori program, ensuring high standards of teaching, child development, staff performance, parent communication, and overall classroom environment in alignment with Montessori philosophy and the school’s vision.
Key Responsibilities :
Academic Leadership
- Oversee the implementation of the Montessori curriculum and methodology.
- Ensure classrooms maintain Montessori standards and prepared environment practices.
- Monitor lesson planning, classroom activities, and student progress.
- Support teachers in delivering age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and supervise Montessori teachers and support staff.
- Organize teacher training, workshops, and performance reviews.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of Montessori faculty.
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, and positive work culture.
Student Development
- Monitor children’s academic, emotional, social, and behavioral development.
- Ensure individual attention and holistic learning for every child.
- Address student concerns in coordination with teachers and parents
Parent Communication
- Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication.
- Conduct parent meetings, orientations, and counseling sessions.
- Address parent queries and concerns professionally.
Operations & Administration
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of Montessori classrooms.
- Maintain student records, assessment reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate events, celebrations, and school activities.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and discipline standards are maintained.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to school policies and Montessori principles.
- Maintain high standards of teaching quality and classroom presentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or relevant field.
- Montessori Certification/Training is mandatory.
- Master’s Degree preferred.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Montessori/Early Childhood Education.
- Prior leadership or coordinator experience preferred.
